You should already have received an e-mail from the IPA about your new Login and Password for the new site, as these have changed.

If you have not received these details please click on the blue link ‘Access Request’ on the left of the login windows (in French: Demande d'accès, in Spanish: Solicitar une clave, in German: Passwort anfordern). If the personal data you will enter correspond to your data in the IPA database you will get your Login and Password automatically some seconds later. If you changed lastly your e-mail address and the IPA database contains still your old e-mail you will be rejected and the IPA staff will have to treat your demand manually.
